1. Overview & Agreement
Welcome to Fewwww ("Fewwww", "we", "us", "our", tagline: Fewwww for you). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of clothing, streetwear, graphic tees, hoodies, and accessories available on our website.
By accessing this site, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our related policies (including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy).
2. On-Demand Apparel Manufacturing Model
Fewwww operates an on-demand garment manufacturing model. When you place an order, our production facility prints, cuts, inspects, and finishes the selected garment specifically for you.
Because every piece is custom-made to order, production begins promptly after your grace period expires. Please review our sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
3. The 120-Minute Customer Grace Period
During the first 120 minutes (2 hours) immediately following order placement, you have the full right to:
- Cancel the order for a 100% full refund back to your original payment method.
- Change product variant, garment size (e.g. S, M, L, XL, XXL), or colorway.
- Update the shipping address or recipient phone number.
After 120 minutes elapse: The order automatically synchronizes with our cutting and printing queue. Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellations, address changes, or size alterations cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Pricing, Payments, Worldwide Shipping & COD Policy
- Currency: All prices listed on Fewwww are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR - ₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Payment Modes: We accept online prepaid transactions via Razorpay (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, International Cards, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Worldwide Delivery: We ship domestically across India and internationally to over 150 countries via DHL Express, FedEx Cross-Border, Aramex, and India Post EMS. International shipping charges are calculated transparently during checkout based on volumetric weight and destination country.
- International Customs & Tariffs: International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any local customs duties, taxes, or import levies imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Domestic COD Surcharge Policy:
- For domestic orders with a subtotal below ₹999: A flat COD handling fee of ₹59 is levied. This partially offsets courier cash verification and processing costs.
- For domestic orders with a subtotal of ₹999 and above: The COD handling fee is completely waived (FREE COD).
- COD is not available for international orders; international purchases must be prepaid via Razorpay.
- Prepaid Verification: If a COD order exhibits invalid delivery credentials or an unverified phone number, our support team may request prepaid confirmation prior to dispatch.
5. Sizing & Display Variations
We provide comprehensive sizing charts in inches and centimeters for each garment. In accordance with standard textile manufacturing tolerances, measurements may vary by up to ±0.5 inches.
Furthermore, actual garment and print colors may exhibit slight variations due to photographic lighting sources and individual digital monitor screen calibrations. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or store purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
